|Recommended: YesLove It Here — I love living here. All maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, the staff is kind and helpful, and the apartments are spacious and well-kept. The residents are respectful of quiet times and there has never been an issue with noise late at night.

|Recommended: YesDefinitely Made The Right Decision — It requires a bit of patience for maintenance to help out with a service request, but overall the grounds are much cleaner than other complexes and the other residents are courteous as well.

|Recommended: YesThe Best Apartment Complex — The Quarters is an amazing first apartment for young adults, especially college students. It's so convenient because the Quarters is close to UL Lafayette. It's well priced and well maintained. It also has great staff I would highly recommend moving here I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
