|Recommended: YesNot bad. — I love living here besides the fact there is never any parking available. Trash bags are always spilt all over the parking lot along with glass everywhere. The floors are always coming up. And asked maintenance for a new vent filter and they came dust the outside of it with a broom and it left it black - was breathing that in for months.
Thank you for your feedback Riley. We hope to fully address your concerns. We do our best to regulate the parking lots and keep visitors out of resident spaces, but we know it can get tight at times especially when we are just about fully occupied. If you experience trouble finding an open space, please call our office line and follow the prompts to contact our courtesy officer so that he may assist you. Our grounds are picked up every weekday and we believe the property has been looking great since we hired 2 new maintenance men, but if we miss an area please send an email or put in a service request with the details and we will make sure it gets tended to. We change air filters every three months. Should you need it changed before then, you are welcome to put in a work order requesting it be changed. We apologize if this wasn't taken care of in the past. Please submit a work order should you still need this addressed.

|Recommended: YesA nice place to live — Its nice. The atmosphere is somewhat friendly and calm besides the train but the train doesn't really bother me. So far, everyone seems kind.

|Recommended: YesGood property and layout, but the location is not the best. — Good area for kids in college. Lots of events in the clubhouse which is super nice . Super nice staff and always helpful. Only thing that sucks in the train and we also had an insect problem, but they quickly got an exterminator and we now do not have that problem anymore.
