|Recommended: YesI love the quarters The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is close enough that I can walk to campus, the parking for my building is great, the pool is clean, maintenance answers calls quick and the overall units are clean, well kept, and spacious.

|Recommended: YesI’ve been living at the quarters for a little over a month now, I like it so far. The staff is nice and will answer any questions in a timely manner, and the location is very convenient since it’s located close to downtown and it’s surroundings.

|Recommended: YesAn above average complex — The Quarters leaves an amazing first impression and successfully keeps up the great quality through it’s amazing staff , high quality living spaces and many useful amenities. It is amazing for the price while making the lease easy for first time renters. I would recommend this place for upcoming students and tenants looking for a inexpensive living place made easy.

The office and leasing staff have been so kind and great at communication Samantha has been a huge help I've had a stress-free time applying and renting here compared to experiences I've had with other apartment complexes.

|Recommended: YesReview — Living here is really nice, the neighbors are rlly nice and quiet for the most part the apartment is rlly nice, staff is super sweet, only thing I guess I would say is parking after like 7 pm you wont find any and a lot of the cars don’t have the parking sticker so you never know if they actually live here or don’t.
Thank you for giving your feedback! We are working on the parking stickers....still have residents that have not yet picked theirs up. As soon as we feel we have contacted everyone and given them ample time to register their vehicles, we will enforce the parking/towing policy. We thank you for your patience while we get everyone settled and registered!
