|Recommended: YesThis is a very good place to live for student housing. The rent is very affordable and it’s very quiet , which is good when I need to study for tests or go to sleep early. It’s a nice environment for all students and the staff is very helpful.

|Recommended: YesOverall satisfied — The staff are great, and the grounds seem to be kept nicely. My only complaints is that the floors creek a lot, and the stairs railings could use some updating. Other than that, everything seems to be going well
