|Recommended: YesLove the staff and the location is prime if you are commuting to LGMC — I moved from out of town and was in Lafayette for an internship at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center and The Quarters was the perfect location. It was so close to the hospital, surrounding grocery stores, and downtown, that I hardly spent any money on gas. Living next to the train can be loud at times, but the staff, amenitites, and location made it all worth it for me. I cannot say enough great things about the office staff and maintenance team.
The staff was kind to me from the moment I looked at the property. They did a facetime tour with me since I was moving from out of town and someone always answered my texts in a timely manner when I had questions. Geena, Tyler, Izzy, and Josh made my experience memorable. They were warm, welcoming, funny, and went above and beyond to help me with printing school materials. I was lucky to have Geena as my neighbor who would knock on my door to let me know when I had left my keys in the front door.... again...
The maintenance team and the groundsmen were also amazing. I never had to wait long to get things fixed at the apartment and they were always very pleasant when they were there. I really loved the Magnolia trees and Myrtle trees outside my window, which made it feel like home. This might be due to the times of 2020-2021, but the pool was rarely crowded, and if you go early enough there is never anyone in the gym. Having the gated community was nice. All in all, I loved my time in Lafayette. I will never look at a Flash Flood Warning the same ever again and will remember The Quarters forever.

|Recommended: NoMaintenance great, management not — Office desk people, great. So sweet. Management is lacking tremendously. I’ve called attention to multiple issues multiple times such as huge cracks in my walls and all through out my ceilings throughout my entire apartment. Pieces of the ceiling literally fall on to me and my bed while I sleep. They said they’ll have someone come look at it, after i mentioned it three times, yet no one ever did. My balcony door barely opens and closes nothing is level in the apartment. The knob in the bathtub is backwards as well. Gate is always broken. Need multiple dumpsters throughout the community instead of ONE single compactor for hundreds of residents, extremely nasty and smelly. I have to pack my garbage into my car to bring it across the entire community. Not cool considering I pay over 1,000 a month for 500 sq ft.

|Recommended: YesBesides the apartment below mine that regularly complains of disturbance and even on countless times falsely called cops on us, I like this place. The reception is very warm, with the ever smart and lovely professional attention from Izzy, Rachel, Andre and other workers. As a lover of peace and calm, this place gives you just that the blaring of moving trains though
