|Recommended: YesPerfect Student Living Complex — Great place to stay for students younger or older. You’ll learn quickly that the staff overall here are here to make your stay as welcoming as possible with urgency. Amenities are easily accessible and who doesn’t love a gated community.

|Recommended: YesSuitable — The people who work here are professional and very helpful. The prices are great for what they offer. I like the amenities offered as well. Location is great, because I can just walk to class. Only have had major issues with the AC, but they have always sent someone out in timely fashion to fix the issue.

|Recommended: YesWe are very pleased with The Quarters — We are very pleased with our son living at The Quarters during his college years. The near proximity to ULL is a plus. Our son can walk to school quickly from his apartment and not have to try and get a parking spot.
The apartments are very clean and updated. My son loves living there.

|Recommended: YesGreat location, facilities, staff — I've lived at the Quarters for three years and it's a great complex. Great location close to campus, friendly and helpful staff, and nice facilities. Fun events and giveaways. A good price too for what you're getting. Pet friendly too Only issue is the safety of the surrounding area bike thefts . Other than this minor issue, I had a great time living at the Quarters

|Recommended: YesBest college campus in lafayette — the quarters has an exceptional staff vs. other places i have living in lafayette. they always help, and never act like your a bother. also, the apartments are WAY cleaner and nicer. it is a gated complex, so you can always feel safe. they even offer free food coffee during different events. 10 10 recommend.

|Recommended: YesThe property is in a great location, close to school and Downtown. — My apartment is typical of student housing. The bedroom and bathroom size is large. Appliances are in good shape, and maintenance answers calls quickly.

|Recommended: YesIt’s great — It’s great for a first apartment type of experience. It’s a great learning experience that you can have belying having other roommates, but at ty the same time not have to worry if they will pay rent that month.

|Recommended: YesIts okay but could be better. — It's a great place to live but there is are only a few visitor parking spots which are out of the way for most people. Also, the train right next to the property will get you very upset in the morning hours when you are trying to sleep.

We have kept it located in one area to provide ample parking to our residents to make sure that you guys have parking close to your unit. We know that it can be inconvenient for your visitors, but we ultimately want to give our residents the best parking options we can!
