|Recommended: YesLove, although a basic student apartment — Really like the place. Nice furniture, nice room, nice view. Not thrilled to be on third floor when requested first and second, but glad to have the kind of room 2 person that we do. The staff is very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and were very personable. The communication was fairly clear, and it was nice that they accommodated for COVID changes by opening a day earlier, although would have liked for that info to have been a bit earlier to make changes easier and provide a larger break before school after having moved in. The only thing I don't really like is just how dusty and dirty it still was despite having to wait due to cleaning. Will admit though, it was cleaner upon arrival than another friend's apartment here when she first arrived, but still not thrilled to have to double clean before being able to finally unpack. On the whole though, a very nice gated community with a great staff and looks to be a nice community. Looking forward to spending my graduate school years here.
