|Recommended: YesLOVE this property STAFF-so helpful and inviting — Being a student that pays out of pocket for living expense while in school, this property offered me the ability to have my own master bedroom while paying a very affordable price. I have lived here 2 years and it has been a great experience. They offer so many free events and the location is priceless It is right next to downtown which I walk to regularly and ULL Also, I do have a medium-sized dog and he loves it here Dog park included I would recommend this place to anyone looking to start living on their own while putting themselves through school.

|Recommended: YesNewer and feel safe when I am home. — Very spacious apartments with many amenities. You get your own bathroom which is very nice and everything is included in a single price. It's only a short walk to school. Whenever you put a work order in, they do take some time to get them fixed, but it's not in an unbearable time table.

|Recommended: YesReview — Apartment was nice and clean. Only complaint was the people above us were extremely loud. Sounded like they were jumping and stomping intentionally. Besides that the apartments were great.

My lease ends in July and I'm not looking forward to not having roommates anymore, but my time here at The Quarters was Great
