|Recommended: YesThis property is great for the price. My apartment is spacious and overall a beautiful space, especially compared to other student living apartments. Maintenance is very speedy with requests and they are kind and warm. The property caters mostly to students in their early 20s, so it can be noisy at times but this comes with the territory. The train runs by the property but it doesn’t really bother me. Be aware that 3 months into a 12 month lease, you’ll be pressured to renew. The office has no bearing over this as it comes from corporate so I don’t hold it against them, but it has made planning for the future difficult. Overall, living here has been a great experience. I’m always able to park near my building but guest parking is another story. There are very few guest spaces. The property, pool, and facilities are extremely well maintained and the green areas are very nice. The office always has hot coffee in the morning which has come in handy more than once. Great value for the cost

Your insights about the noise level and lease renewal dynamics provide valuable information for potential tenants. We do start our renewal season early though due to such a high demand from new tenants in preleasing for the following term. Our goal is to offer the best deals to our renewals first, giving them an opportunity to lock in a low rate and keep their current spot! It’s great that you find the property, pool, and facilities well-maintained, and the availability of hot coffee is a nice bonus. Overall, it sounds like you’ve found a great living situation with excellent value for the cost.
